This policy has been written to protect you the customer and Wireless Video Cameras .com. Our philosophy is there is no such thing as 'gently used equipment' therefore we do not sell used equipment.

The Return/Exchange/Warranty Policy in Summary: (we strongly suggest you read the detail too)

Warranty and Technical Support:
Warranty does not allow for replacement of equipment prior to inspection of the alleged defective unit. You must call before returning equipment; NO EXCEPTIONS, all returns require a RMA number from our company. This number must be used within 21 days from the time issued. The number must be clearly shown on the shipping box. When returning equipment for warranty repair, you must enclose a sheet containing your name, the return address, reported problem and telephone number you can be reached at.

Warranty repairs; within 1 year from date of receipt, ship the item to our facility at your cost with enclosed documentation and RMA number and we will repair or replace the manufacture's defect at our discretion and ship back to you, Priority Mail or Global Express Outside USA at our cost. If expedited return shipping is desired, customer must pay the difference. All our equipment comes with 24/7 technical support which has no expiration date.


Return Policy:

Any box returned that is not a warranty repair will be refused. All repairs must have an RMA and you must call before returning equipment for repair; NO EXCEPTIONS. This number must be used within 21 days from the time issued. The number must be clearly shown on the shipping box. When returning equipment for repair, you must enclose a sheet containing your name, address; the reason for the return and telephone number you can be reached at.

Our equipment is sold on a per application basis. All the questions we asked you the customer prior to the sale are to determine the best equipment for your application. Based on you as the customers answer, we as Wireless Video Cameras then work together with you to make the best decision for your application; making each system custom tailored for you. We stand by our product by offering a Warranty and Technical Support as stated above which surpasses the industry by far therefore we do not allow returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Warranty Repair can ONLY be processed if the following steps are STRICTLY followed

Review this Checklist before Calling for Return Authorization

Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 365 days of original invoice date. Wireless Video Cameras .com, shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

Check List:

ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and warranty repair or replacement will NOT be issued.

Step 1: The following criteria will be followed in rejecting a warranty repair:

Products which have been modified and/or wiring has been cut and/or altered

Products which are improperly packaged

Products returned to Wireless Video Cameras in non-qualified shipping container

Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering

Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) if applicable

Products or packages with barcode label removed if applicable

Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice if applicable

DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards

DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting

DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals

DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners

Step 2: Call for a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Wireless Video Cameras .com

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RA number will be documented and returned to you.

Step 3: Ship and Insure Your Return

We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Wireless Video Cameras shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion Wireless Video Cameras may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If Your Warranty Repair does not qualify:

In the event that the product you are returning for warranty repair does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the warranty repair return. The merchandise will then be returned to you. Please call us at Wireless Video Cameras .com to discuss alternative resolutions for difficulties with products not qualifying for return or exchange.
